I'm working in ICICI prudential Life insurance but offrole employee,No bonus,no salary hike,have to work late but no OT salary,won't give salary

I like the environment of ipru here the seniors and Junior's work together to achieve the organizational goals and also the managers of all the channels were guides and teaches politely that how to work and handle their customers in any situations.

...ties and also makes them more loyal towards their work and also for the company. Good pay also increase there working capacity.

There is not have any work life balance, specially in group claims ,manager is not cooperative, for a single day sick leave also they asked like why did you inform previously.saturdays are working for partial employees.Hr &Sr Management is not supportive for employees they are at side of only managers.Promotion criteria is not basis of performance but on favourtism basis....hr will not assure that your conversation will be confidential & but each information gave to senior rather than to help out employees get more torture from manager.

Very worst management and the manager will treat in an irespectable manner as a fresher they would expect you work as an experience person if you don't do that the manager will force you resign the job better don't go and especially for bankassurance
