Many of the things like salary and designation is totally not up to the mark of someone is from college placement they provide good package and designation doesn't matter it's a fresher and when we talk about experience person there expectations are very high towards but salary is very very less

There is no work life balance. People are mean .People think about themselves only. Say there is no pressure but there is hella lot pressure anyone can handle. The head doesn't know how to talk.

Company don't give much more preferences to organization's employees, they hire from out on high salary. (It means, a organization employee with 4-5 years experience can receive lesser than fresher and will have high target than fresher).
