Worst place to work, favoritism, if u r not fav u will never grow, use abusive language, No HR policy, worst HR and Management I have ever worked. Bad working culture.

Everthing is fine in the company, only the compensation & benefit is a problem, they pay low, but the knowlegde provided and work life balance is superb, good carrer growth opportunity

...ry judgemental manager and also manipulative. All your hard work goes unnoticed. Compensation is decent if u good at negotiating but the growth is slow as lot of favoritism exists. Be ready to work minimum 12 hours a day.

In terms of knowledge they give very good training.

Salary and hike is very bad. No worklife balance, like in holiday if some new fund is launching you have to work on Saturday or Sunday. They don't feel we are human. We need rest. And DET channel don't give leave.

The work culture is not at all good. There are people who will talk bad about your personal life and personality no matter how good you are in you work. Some sales people only focus on other peoples personal life.
