...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Ni petrol allowance. And salary date is delaying every month. Cut the salary with out reason. And some technical error in their system so we can log in or mark the attendance properly but they cut the salary. And I can't get any kind of certificate. Pf esi number also. No proper reply from company side also.

Very low salaries no value of Off Role employees even if you are off role in the company sales manager have no rights to contact with you for any work. He has to be routed through on roll employee only.

On time salary gets credit to your account. Is the only thing one like there .

Seniors put pressure and gives u threat about termination or pip , even after your performance is satisfactory.., don’t expect any help from senior management.. No salary growth, salary growth is only for senior management..
