Payroll wise company is good, receive great bonus and appraisal but work culture is not good.

Here every leave day is like normal working day. We can not manage working life and personal life specially women employee also sitting till 8-10pm. Due to this we are facing multiple family and health issue. No rest during last 20 days of month and no leave allow in last 20 days in month end. If you are joining ICICI home finance then forget your personal life.

...nment. Company policies are good, Will take care of employees in an situations,. Will be there bonus every years. Will be good job security, Seniors are very encouraging and supportive for career growth and also having learning sessions too

Salaries are not decent, but career growth is decent. For the employees who works and not works, is treating the same. No look after for working in smarter employees. Will be missing personal fully, but very good company for growth

Only one thing which is salary & package after some vintage also. Not satisfactory salary.
