Everything is good in ICICI bank except the salary when you join as fresher they will just pay 18k something but yes good for experienced employee ! ND yes job security is best in whole banking industry ,

Too much politics in higher authority....they act like MD of the Bank... BM and RH are hole and sole for your rating and bonus... Junior are just like u can say "kathputli"... Even HR are not supportive

...o help my clients for their banking needs and i am happy and satisfied for that.Rest they paid us salaries bonuses and salary hike in such a situation when other banks were making deductions,were not giving hikes.So overall ICICI is one of the best bank as an employee and also as a customer.

Work as hard as a bee and earn as less as penny

Dislikes

Don't work here. They pay very less. They give more work. There's no manpower.. so you'll have to do everything sometimes maybe Xerox printing and scanning too during your working hours. You don't get incentives as per your work
