ICICI work culture is way better than that of other banks. Theres a say in banking world - if you wanna earn good incentives or bonus work at other banks but if you wanna have work life balance, comparitively less pressure yet have a good business to give then work at ICICI

I don't dislike anything about working here however one thing I wanted to add that please believe on juniors and let them handle your main work like sheet preparing dump checking tracking of cases, handling of customers because it will motivate them as well as push forward them to excel.

It was one of the best organization to work for to gain knowledge and for better carrier. Compensation,allowances, security , understanding between the employees it's like friendly environment. Proud to say I'm from ICICI☺️

It was my best experience working in Icici as it was my 1st ever banking experience. It should be good. Icici is one of the best industry latest in technology wise.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.
