Salary will be on time this is the only good thing about the university. ICFAI is a good organization but ICFAI jaipur is the worst i think. Some people have made it hell.

Dislikes

Work pressure, politics. Director of ICFAI tech is very selfish and ego centric person, he just want "revenue". Many females staffs are in group and promote high level politics.

... the syllabus structure is good which allows both students and teachers to grow. The Salary is fair and the university offers diverse courses which welcomes students from diverse cultures.

The Job profile salary may not be that satisfactory.

The university follows a good management system which makes it easier for the employees to work efficiently. Work culture is also quite good and unbiased.

Salary per lecture is a little less as compared to other institutions.

...est colleagues who stand by you whenever you need them. They become your family. Timely payment of salary is another good thing. No disturbance. Good working environment. No deadlines or pressure tactics.

Nothing specific but only one thing i.e. no proper increment.

I am final year student and I felt there's great practise of favouritism done by the faculty. Deserving potential holders are left behind and only students who are good at buttering are rewarded.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about. It's just faculty is working for salary and students are pursuing degrees just for sake of taking degree. No value addition.
