In Business school, too much politics. Specially Director is not good. Top officials must depute fair and non discriminate people here. No Development of employee, no promotions. Old fashioned University setup, not ready to be modern Business school.

No salary hikes No clearity in organisation, no hierarchy followed..no one knows about the product and system except marketing officers. Manager have no responsibility no in time no out time only ask for sale sale daily. Too much politics..
