...No new technical learning. It said to be Cloud company but grooming in cloud. In Full and final settlement, they deduct every compensation you got, which personally feel very bad.

Salary has been on time, always. During Covid-19, there was no deduction and there was support for everything.

They just don't want to answer when they'll go for IPO, people are holding lots of ESOPs but there hasn't been any buyback since a long time now. It's a startup yet acts like a MNC.

Good company with better value's, employee care and better HR policies and work from home policies.

No work life balance, poor compensation based on dependency, few people keep on making progress few people don't grow. Based on project work

Salary is offered on your current ctc and not according to experience. Those who have high current ctc according to experience then offered hike will be good hike, but those who have low ctc as compared to experience then offered hike not match with experience.
