.... - I've worked only with US Management and they are really good and helping. - Compensation is fair enough.

- Would like to have more skill development opportunities. - No transport service for male employees working in shifts(even night shift) is not convenient, and is something I hope they look into. - No shift allowances for early morning and evening shifts, which in my opinion, is not very ideal.

Dependency on Onshore folks. Currently 3 days/week , 4 days/week from september. Not much benefits

Before 2024 company was best. In Tower S4 company provides benifits like game zone cafeteria. Before 2024 company celebrated festivles Cab facility available only for girls

Poor management, too much favourisim and politics. Cab facility not available for boys poor appraisal. No growth

I like Mortgage Documents related work actually, so I have been doing here from a 3 yrs. I can check and study each and every Mortgage documents here which is a part of my process. thereby I got a lot of information about documents. I liked other things too but I liked this specially.

Good work life balance, respectfull culture. Supportive team members. Transperent management. Good infrastructure.

Salaries are very low. Designation are not as per market standards. Company doesn't sponsor and encourage learning and paid certification. No transportation provided. No facility of live cafeteria available.
