The salary part is the best part. Perks like snacks at office, subsidised food, help on work from home if you are in a very dire need like bereavement or a family member with terminal illness.

Dislikes

The Top Management is very controlling from the US. No flexibility is there to exercise your management skills. Top notch politics, extremely useless HR with corrupt practices and low standards of any dispute redressal. It's only money you can look at else you will feel like a slave stuck with unethical organization expecting you to be super ethical.

The only thing that amazed me at ICE was its compensation and opportunity to freshers.

Dislikes

There were quite a good list like: 1) No work-life balance (Because of night shift + OT (Sometimes)) 2) No promotions for years 3) No great hike/increment, it's merely fixed 8% 4) Only 6 P.M to 6 A.M transport facility. (Similar companies are offering both ways) 5) Manager doesn't bother about you. 6) TL doesn't get in touch for months. 7) Illiterate folks continue leaking management shoes & get consecutive promotion, even double promotions. 8) Hiring freshers from prominent B-school for associate role for nearly 9 months at a cost of 24k (Are you kidding me) 9) HRs have concrete connections with B-Schools & institute, so they don't care about employees' referrals and bothering online application is too far.

My Team lead Immam and Manager Harminder are the only positives

There are no logics with HR reason being was fresher and experienced candidates has same package nd no work place ethics i personally feel specifically with HR

Good work environment and Culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria to hang out.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. But a good environment to work. It would be good if the company provides WFH as per the employees wish.

The company did not provide me a relieving letter when I was relieved. Background - I was terminated in January 2024 on the grounds of not reporting to work on time. The then HR Manager of Bhubaneswar office, Mr. RANU NAYAK gave a word to provide a relieving letter after the assets were returned but, as soon as I stepped out of the main gate they deceived. Neither did the company provide a relieving letter nor did they offer any severance pay.
