In anganwadi job time is suitable for manage home as well as job work but the salary is low to my profile or capablities... So that's why I want to switch this bcoz I learn and grow in my own academic subject as mca I had passed....

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It was good working experience in icds department. Learned many new things in this job about the government policy for the common people specially for the women's and children.
