...ike management here. Morning joining and evening relieving is possible in icbio. Many peoples got cought in the greed of good salary. They can fire without any reason to any person. No notice no worning. No compansation. No humanity. Many of the examples in clinical department wnd bioanalytical department.

Fake commitment by management. Salary issue is big issue.ask any when employee when they get the salary.? All the positive review given on the basis of management fear. No job safety. If u are technical person immediately you will loss your job. No one completed his 2 years in bioanalytical before they will fire you. 99% employee runaway without notice. Because of management policy.

Its been a pleasure being part of ICBio. No politics, Good Management, Descent Pay, Good percentage of Increment & Promotions. What else one needs more.

You have to work 9am to 6 pm. till my 5 years of career i might have streched only for 5 to 6 times that too only during Audits.

...more positive vibe for all employee / complete facility are clean and hygiene. we also having wonderful hospitality system, HR policy and other system policy and timely crediting of salary on or before the stipulated time. we and our team are very happy and great full to work with ICBio, sorry working with our family members with pride and respect. last but not least there is no bias with employees and management which makes us to work for long time till our last breath.
