Company supported with 70% Salary to manage the important expense. Management retend the employees apart from finanacial loss. Workculture is good. New Polies are under development phase due to some calculations. Yes Company appraise every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and favoritism from the management. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. All ploies are in favor of employer only. No EPF, Medical, Insurance for Employees. More than 9 hours working without weekly off.

Salary is always late, Not on time, they didn't bother about employee benefits, no Job Security, No Appreciation & No appraisals, If you have a good touch in management then definitely you'll get appraisals & promotions. A pathetic environment. "chhindichor" company.
