I joined in the month of March 2019 and still not receive my salary till 10-06-2019. Also there is no one to check the work culture. HR is pathetic, no body is here to listen your problems. Job satisfaction is not in their list. Suggesting not to join this organisation as it is facing huge financial losses since October 2018.

The office infrastructure looks great and all the support staff like housekeeping, peon, security are very good

Dislikes

Everything else other than the support staff. Never received salary on time, office politics is at peak. Most of the old staff are busy impressing their boss rather than working.

...o work life balance , still have to travel in weekends and national holidays. 3. Salary is delayed some months by 7 to 8 days 4. Work after the office hours for result outing of centre. 5. Politics involve - favor to close once. 6. No nonveg in cafeteria , which is not acceptable. For social relations among employees.

...EO with brilliant ideas your journey would undoubtedly be a learning curve here. Here focus is on work and new innovations, not on worries related to salary or incentives. An ideal company that sets an example for other corporations on how to treat their working class. If there was a emp-sat score I would rate ICA a 9.5 out of 10

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike here about work culture. Company is good, management is excellent and the reporting managers are nurturing. Only that the regional office in Delhi has not been set up yet, which soon would be, and the make shift office has a lot of impinging from the staff where the office currently runs on a sharing with. That's more because the head office is in Kolkata and the lead of Delhi office is more on official tours. So there's no one to intervene!!

Salary is never on time. They enjoy giving Salary with lots of delay sometimes 10 day-15 days - 1 month. You have to do work which is of below your level, no career or profile progression. Confused and poor vision management Never ever join this company.
