...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I worked in month of june only.... Still I don't have any work and salary so i think I dnt have Any job security. I'm struggling a lot..still I m waiting for office call for start my work with ica.. In Pmkk office.

Lowest salary in the industry. Moreover they shows the pf and esic deductions in the salary slip without opening a pf account for the employee. They are openly deducting the pf money from the employees salary but the same is not given to the employees.The officers are currupted as almost all are belongs from Kolkata and works only for their pocket not for the benefits of the students and employees of Assam.

The company was established edu skills development course and improve poor students life and support to the Indian Government.

...ue a day.I have to attend meetings in evening and sometimes late into the night. Salary structure is not good compare than other Skills Development Company.

In ica seniors are non cooperative.they don’t care how much you have given business to the company

I hate the politics of ica.growth will be less and salary also not much good appraisal is very poor.
