Work life balance is terrible. There is no personal life. Monday-friday from 9:30 till atleast 7:30 or till you finish your target(9:30) 12 hrs. And still if you fail to complete your target you will have to come on saturday.

In company senior's are politicians not like an employee everyone always blames to others and main things are management is very weak they even unaware about actually what is happening in the company and they do nothing to increase their brand image in the corporate market so brand image is very poor in the market. Noone knows that this company is actually exists or not.

Positive ambiance. Frequent team lunch and outings.

Dislikes

Long working hours. No proper timings is followed. We work till 8.30, 9 or 9.30 also sometimes. Lot of pressure. Make us work on weekends. High targets. Job security threats all the time for thé general manager.

Less leaves ,only 12 per year, career growth is slow as you are working as consultant at client location.no learning support,career guidance or any other support from management,HR.
