There are no such policies available in IBM to like anything.

They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.

... pressure or even make you struggle. Any time work from home., unlimited leaves., good compensation and perfect work life balance

Being in such a big org., you don't get to learn much or develop much unless your manager hand holds you at each step

IBM is an awesome place to work. There is a lot of opportunities to learn, enhance yourself. Managers are very helpful, they help you in finding a project as well.

Package is less compared with other companies.

Nothing, old employees staying in the company in their comfort zone 14-15 years with big ego.
