Nearly 68% of the employees prefer the company because of carreer growth opportunities it provides 60% for salary, 76% for work life balance & 70% for the work culture... it has The majority of IBM employees are satisfied with their work life balance & do not feel burnt out.

...t shift job company's doesnt provide any night shift allowance to the employees. The salary provided by the company is very very less for survival in the world where tomatoes cost 230rs per kg. Its hard to feed single person in 21,700 per month .

No hike on your salary . Not a good place for a boy to do the work becoz they always give priority to the girl and lots of Discrimination in the organization only the Name is good IBM not for the work
