IBM offers the best work-life balance. Management encourages you to develop new skills and experiment however IBM won't invest in their employee skill development.

Dislikes

...en get a T-Shirt in IBM, no Guddies, no Rewards for the effort that you put. Salary is not competitive, you won't get anything apart from salary. IBM Should start investing in their employee's learning.

Nothing, old employees staying in the company in their comfort zone 14-15 years with big ego.

Ibm policy No salary increase Nothing good No work life balance No good projects all are clean up activity No job roles peoples are out anywhere One of the worst workforce/resource management team i have seen in my exp. Even though you get client appreciation you won't get notified or awarded by ibm Worst project mangers and program mangers

...trictly enforced. No fixed hours to spend in office, that depends between teams. promotions and pay cycles depends on your importance and how good the team is doing in the organisation. managers are helpful and respectful towards employees in general. one have scope and opportunity to grow skills, contribute to open source, blogs, disclosures.

Dislikes

Internal movement between teams is almost always a fight. Often people are made to work in mixed bag of tasks/technologies, that might make one a jack of all trades and makes specialisation in one/some skillset go away.

...king with, generally a nice company with very convenient workspace and culture . No strict timings ,Salary is Good 👍🏻

Dislikes

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.
