No transparency among Higher Management for the business acumen and related future plan of action. Poor project Management team. No Regular employee engagement. Lot of improvement scope for current HR policies and practices; those policies need to ensure for compliance.

Very much dirty politics, Job insecurity- can terminate one any time with false reasoning. Non standard working culture. Listen & follow instructions of a old director only even if it is non compliant. Engineering head is flattering foe of this director, hence he is useless in terms of management. He is always ready to play blame game inspite of his incompetancy. Civil structural head is pathetic, duffer & waste of industry (who is also terminated currently). Many clients black listed IBI, due to building failures & cracks.
