...od. I found company teammates are supportive and the management are transparent. Appraisals are faire and they give good salary hike and bonus. Over all company take care of their employees first and provide more support and professional environment.

Fast-paced news environment, tight deadlines and constant updates can be challenging. However, these challenges are part of what makes the job exciting and rewarding

The place provides a great opportunity for leaning the workings of a media house and how a news channel operates; with a central focus on quality of news and broadcast.

Dislikes

It's not an ideal workplace for people with ideals and philosophically which do not match the collective mindset of other employees. Though people are polite, there's always heavy judgment on several aspects of a person's individuality and personal life. And most actions are frowned upon.

Growth is very slow. And politics is very high. Bosses aren't notice employees good work.they always appreciate people who is buttering them.

1. Owners don't know anything. 2. Too much of politics. 3. No Learning. 4. They deal with employees as if they are dealers. Horrible work environment. Fortunately the colleagues here were cooperative.
