Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Likes

Employees are getting on time to get salary end of every months.

Dislikes

Very bad work culture. Every employee using slang to each other, every employee complaining about each other. If you continue grow on your work their manager and their group to pull back to you. That time they will not provide good project. Such a bad work culture over there. That's why every Senior employee are taking leave from the organization.
