...market knowledge of other segments besides IT segment they are only theoretical. Every time they are finding way to deduct salary of their employees without any specific and genuine reasons. They don't have solutions for the problems of their employees facing in the market.They are only concern for primary billing nothing else. Nepotism is a common culture in the company.

There you stay for long there is good working culture employee friendly organisation.

They did not give increments from last 4 years to anyone by saying losses and hired new employees on higher package. Thats was de moralizing to loyal employees.

Compensation is decent but growth is low .the work pressure is very high sometimes I have work 9 hours straight in a day

... you can join this Company .People have been working here for years-15-20 years.A good comfort zone with normal salary No work Pressure and life goes on slow and steadily.Once you join you can secure your place for years.As a Brand it would add a Good Company name on your CV but growth wise it is difficult to add skills.Work life balance is great because it's a family oriented Company and the work flow is quite traditional no Corporate feeling.

No growth -Family Run Company -If you are in Good Books of owner and his people then you are secured in this Company.No authority of taking decisions .Every decisions are taken by Family person Lack of Corporate Culture.No Skill to be improved .Family Business,No proper growth in terms of appraisal and knowledge.The work flow might make you lazy.No excitement in work culture and mgt..No respect ,No facility to employee
