Nothing to like in this company. The company hired me for business development in government segment. After I joined the company, I was told to take a demo kit and tour each and every street in Delhi and map all the under construction houses and get the contact details. The company management is terrible, egoistic. Thinks employees as slave. All they want is to extract all your contacts. They even destroyed my reputation to my previous clients. I am unable to face them after I introduced the arrogant Mr. Sahani to them. No sales policy. The only policy that exist is cheating the customer. Their product have lot of technical issues. But company does not have technical sound R&D to handle it. They dont have their own manufacturing. They give contract to vendor. Once vendor delivers the order, they stop their payment And switch to new vendor. When I started giving them enquires, they didn't had the material to supply. And in the month end they were brave enough to ask me why sales didn't happen. They are total fraud.

Dislikes

No HR policies No sitting space. Office looks like godown. Directors are not ethical in business. Employee are hired on false promises and wrong JD. Everything works on excel sheet. No proper information about stock availability.

Likes

Job security and learning segment is high. Top level managements are helpful but sometimes they didn't want to understand market strategies. Skill development is important but sometimes training not properly given.

Dislikes

R&D segment problem, after sale support is very bad due to R&D support. Sometime tough to get any project due to sales support from higher end

Great place to work, support from Head department, company policies are not reliable,

Benifit are not available, working balance are great, job security available, but no Carrie growth, overall experience is great. For a simple work need to contact with Higher management.
