1. There is no proper resources like (Laptops, Wi-Fi) 2. There is no immediate response from HR Team for any Query or Issue if raised. 3. No Proper Benefits till now 4. The things are changing to stringent not as before

In a word everything. The management are excellent. They not only care for you professionally but will try being available on a personal level. Excellent team mates who are driven, focused, dedicated and act like true engineers!! I always had a dream of working at a startup and IAST has proven to be the best choice I could’ve ever made

Good place for freshers in (embedded, MATLAB, Automotive domain) to start and upskill themselves. Good work life balance with friendly management. Best thing is you can upskill in a specific work and can move into related project work, without any strict work culture. So, you can develop on hands experience in multiple software in Automotive domain.
