...ny where I'm working right now. Because, before COVID-19 or after both are same. They never used to give salary until unless we beg them, they have never given a salary during this COVID-19, still I have not received my 3months of salary. Their is no support at all for the employees here. They are treating us like a beggers.

The staff where I'm working right now is good. I have very supporting teammates. But, the support from the head office is terrible.

You get to meet , train some beautiful souls. You get to learn as you provide training. You may/may not get certified in Technology on company expense.

Dislikes

No hike even after years of honest work, even after repeated ask. No place to express grievance. It's all money but No salaries paid on time. I have friends who were not paid their salaries since Mar-2020 They want trainers to waste their time on PROMOTIONS (you should check Mr.K sir's text on whatsapp group) They expect trainers to ask for Fees and stuff. They expect trainers to lie to parents and students, while IANT splurges their Study-Kit money. You have to be very dishonest with yourself and students if you want to work here. Don't ever work here!

Overall working in franchisee mode it was quite okk I just like 2 share my experience company education model is good but focus delivery system training program & add new curriculum.
