HR may call anybody and force them to resign without any reason. 6. 24/7 working and they don't leave you even on Saturday and Sundays. 7. In appointment order they specify 10 to 15 % as performance pay but they will not give you that money, they simply say some silly reasons to not to give that amount. 8. No promotions and increments, Even if they give increments they will include the incremental amount in retention pay and you need to pay back that huge amount while resigning. 9. Managers don't know technology and tools we are using, so how ever we work they believe only on employees who are acting like good workers. And much more
