The work is creative and exciting. Not another boring EdTech company. The marketing manager ensures that we're doing something out of the ordinary. I got to learn so much about branding, about copy writing and ad films thanks to the manager and the company.

Having the opportunity to work on diverse tasks and projects can be incredibly rewarding. Learning is a lifelong journey that never really ends, and I've been given the opportunity to learn and develop more! It's also important to have the freedom to try new things and experiment which the upper management provides the team with all the flexibility to do so, as it can lead to some truly innovative ideas. And of course, having a great team and some fun activities to break up the monotony of work can make all the difference. And who doesn't love a good samosa party?
