...almost 2 yrs there.. never got appreciation, no promotions only work like slave. they do not give opportunity to tenure people for any promotion as they can demand higher package on there experience. Worst work culture. Senior manager don't have any kind of manner. Ganesh dabolkar don't know how to talk with junior's he think every one is chapri as him. Total slavery treatment with junior's. No learning for future. Even after giving 2 yrs they can't even afford a sendoff for employee. Please don't join .. it will definitely ruin your career. Total waste of time and energy. CEO don't give a s**t to junior employees. never try to interact. Only Dumb senior manager Gitesh give useless speech which will not going to help in your future.

...growth no job security. They disrespect there employees treatment as a slave. No pf otherwise both side deduction from your salary. 8:30 hrs working out of which 8:00 production otherwise salary deduction. Very poor management. No bonus. As the gratuity comes closer start forcing to resign. Slavery treatment. No skill enhancement. Waste of time and future.

Wrost management.They will not show your salary annexure. No standard benefits Monday to Saturday job .even ask to work on public holidays . Not professional .will give you bogus reason when asked for pay/ salary slips .mentioned in their al automation but most work was done by us and little captured by Al.you won't get sick leave for most part ganesh dabolkar it's not capable for Pl post . He is very bad person & bad manners. Communication skills are very low .& all employees complete 2- 3 times but organizations not actions.
