I got the salary on time. ie by 12 to 17th of every month.

Dislikes

Everything.. they don’t fit to run a school. They are money minded people. Seeing this as business. Expecting parents to pay next academic year fees by December month through loan. Spending money for new admission but not for school needs. Still students didt get their books and notes for few subjects. All fake promises were given during admission time. Huge thumb down 👎

Nothing to like worst company I have worked ever.

Dislikes

... for days if not threatening parents and making them to beg for their own money. Employee will get the salary paid only on 15th of every Month . Books fees cost only 4k but parents are forced to pay 25k to 30k , Literally waste of money and no proper education. No cctv access no proper teachers only 4 teachers are been used in a rotational basis, Many more points to add. Parents please don't get scared by the word international.

There is no work life balance, and work culture is toxic. You are put to lot of pressure when asked for payslips or emergency leaves. Kindly do not join even if you are desperate for a job. No professionalism. No proper training provided after joining.

🚨 Fraud Company with No Ethics – Stay Away! 🚨 Don't Join and ruin your Life Career If I could give zero stars, I would! This company is a complete fraud, exploiting employees with false promises, mental harassment, and unethical treatment. They have no human values, no professionalism, and no integrity—just a hire-and-fire strategy that destroys careers. Deceptive Hiring Process & False Promises I joined as a Classroom Coordinator, and during hiring, they promised a 3-month probation with an increment after confirmation. But it was all a trap to extract maximum work before mentally harassing employees into quitting without paying them their due salaries. I worked with 200% dedication, introduced new strategies, improved processes, and created a positive work environment. Yet, instead of rewarding hard work, they used manipulation and deceit to force resignations. Toxic Work Culture & Extreme Exploitation Promised work hours: 11 AM – 7 PM. Reality: Working till 10:30 PM + 5 AM calls + unpaid Sundays. Their strategy is simple: Hire, overwork, harass, then fire before confirmation. Employees are targeted, scolded, and mentally tortured until they resign on their own, leaving behind unpaid salaries and career damage. the Business Head, openly instructed me to overburden and fire my juniors, proving that destroying careers is their business model. To push employees out, they make your own junior your boss, someone you trained from scratch, and blame you for everything, even mistakes by others. Zero Respect for Employee Well-being Casual leaves are denied – I had a doctor’s appointment for my mother and informed them 4 days in advance, yet they refused to approve the leave and deducted my salary. The night before my leave, they forced me to work till 1 AM, then demanded I report early the next day—clear mental harassment. When my grandfather passed away, I waited 10 minutes for permission to leave. They harassed me with calls the entire time and forced me to report to work the next day, showing zero empathy for personal loss. Unprofessional Exit Process & Career Damage No proper resignation process – they ignore emails and make exit formalities a nightmare. Their hire-and-fire policy ruins careers – leaving a three-month gap makes it difficult to find a new job, and many candidates cannot even show this experience due to their unfair treatment. This extreme mental harassment can push employees to depression or worse. Who takes responsibility if someone is driven to extreme measures? Shocking Disrespect from Leadership The owner, has zero respect for employees and treats them like dogs. He has insulted online teachers, calling them "worthless dogs", proving how little he values the hardworking people running his business. 🚨 Final Warning: DO NOT JOIN THIS FRAUD COMPANY! 🚨 If you care about your career, mental health, and self-respect, stay far away from this unethical workplace. It’s nothing but a trap that exploits employees before discarding them. FINAL WARNING: DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP! This company has NO human values, NO ethics, and NO professional integrity. Their entire system is based on hiring employees, using them for 3 months, and then firing them before giving any benefits. 💡 If you are checking this review and still considering joining, think about this: Why has no one here completed a year? Why do they constantly need new hires? Why are there so many horror stories of mental harassment and abuse? 📢 SPREAD THE WORD & SAVE OTHERS FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY! 📢 I highly recommend staying far away from this place unless you want your career, mental health, and self-respect destroyed.

I had a terrible experience with this company. After the interview they rushed me into joining without giving me any time to consider. I relocated to Bangalore specifically for this job, only to be terminated without any reason or discussion shortly after joining. I received a termination email out of the blue from the management. This company has a concerning pattern terminating employees during their probation period or within days of joining. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews before accepting the offer, but I strongly advise other jobseekers to steer clear of this company
