...TCS, Wipro. 1.No hike. freshers will get 11,490rs in pune,bangalore location, Experience candidate will get 16,000 rs whether your previous salary was 30,000rs. 2. client location companies managers also treat like you labors. no work life 13 hours duty will be given by fake promising of 8 hours duty. 3.No allowances whether you working in night shift. no accommodation. no bonus, no appraisal . they will give you Day Nightmare.

...itics at work place, yes I'm talking about infosys after giving alot of thought. And in the end you come to know there's no hike system, it'seven awkward to ask here. They just want you to keep dreaming about joining infosys at your level in may be a year two three four five, this is even their hiring tactics while interview. In short nothing I gained joing the company but lost few kgs in home to office commute and working 8 to 6. Yes 8 to6 in infosys campus. Travel time excluded. No Work from Home

Company itself is a dissatisfaction in the name. Don't want to waste more time writing.

Nothing good to say about this company. I have worked 6+ year for this company but did not find any career growth, No salary growth Not even 1000 rupee in six year. I stay there as because of my health issue.

Job is secure. Learning opportunities are really great if one wish to work. Salary on time.

Dislikes

They take more than a quarter for yearly appraisal. No motivation. If you are doing good all the task would be assign to you, they dont bother if other team members are doing anything or not. No innovation same work for years. No team interactions. People dont know who all are within the team.

...sure to work in Infosys ...cause am learning so much here..but on payroll so ...getting less salary as compared to work am doing..on daily basis...

As compared to the MNC company like infosys or L&T where they are deploying employees ..as company standard they are not providing that much salary..thas very bad.....
