1. Salary is never on time. 2. Issues with taking leaves – you can't take any. 3. They keep your 10th or 12th marksheet to use against you later for harassment. 4. They only run fake billing to client (special night shift for fake billing only) 5. Nothing to learn or no growth

I,'ve been with i-next solution for a year, and my overall experience has been excellent . the company excels in work life balance, salary & benefits, promotion/apprairsals, job security, skill development, and a fantastic company culture. I'd like to express my special thanks to my supportive senior who's been there for me personally and professionally throughout. I-next solution truly fosters growth and a positive work environment. I have worked 1 year on this company. I was very bad experience in this company. This company not provided me my last month salary( June 2022) yet. I have tried to call and email. But his not responding properly my call and email. When I reach the company for discussion my salary. But he told me you can't reach office without informing. But his not picking my call. When he pic my call it say we have forwarded your query with the hr department and will get mail from hr department. But it's almost 7 months I have not getting any email and salary.

1) they take your 10th marksheet 2) salary never on time every month you have to msg HR for salary. Delay by 20-25 days 3) Worst management and Non - technical management 4)No learning Just run fake billing
