Company culture and management is very good enough also further job security is given to every employee. No boss-employee relationship followed in a company and that is an advantage instead there is peer to peer friendly relationship between employees.

Dislikes

Considering job security as an advantage, 6 days (Mon-Sat) every week full-time working and 2 paid leaves a month becomes difficult for every employee. As a suggestion company should provide alternate Saturday-Sunday holiday or a half day working and 3-4 days paid leaves a month.

Likes

The work environment is awesome. I started my job here and I have a very good experience. The organisation helped me learned lot of skills. The result is I have lot of good knowledge of the market and people.

Dislikes

The only drawback people will find is, it's a startup. Anyways that is not something to consider, as the organisation helps you learn the things that you can never learn in an MNC.
