IKF is for people who value experience and lifelong learning over their paycheck. As there is an opportunity for individual growth with the company's growth as well. The work culture here is fluid and easy to adapt in.

Dislikes

I would say that the interview wait time was long for me. (as in exceeded 2hrs beyond my set time of meeting) That should change. The workplace right now can scale up in the social media department with good resources.
