Salary comes on time, a large office, some of good colleagues, songs are allowed to play on floor. They do have septate rest room facilities for both genders. They do have some good project to work. Yes, as an employee have a growth if you r in safe hands. Some good looking guys and girls too. Company has some loyal chaatu employees. And some of are really genuine workers but never been valued.

Dislikes

Let me start from washroom, unhygienic washrooms. No job security unless you r master in licking of seniors. Often people get victimized of bad politics by their TLs and seniors. HR is never interested in any of your issues happened with seniors. HR is just a fingerdoll of Managers. Company is really good but people inside the office are gonna bite you surely if you are not showing your gratitude towards them for no reason. If you giving best in your work they will intentionally try to poke you or will find useless mistake and will bend you down against them. TLs can use their position power to hurt you anytime. If you r not good in the eyes of your TLs they will not allow you to talk, sometimes breaks, stretching work hours too. TLs can spoil your image in Managers and CSMs eyes. All the about points of dislikes were in my team, I don't know about any other team.
