Likes

Less pressure, fix timing,weekend off only good for freshers and less than one year of experience.

Dislikes

Not good for data migration for experienced professional because lack of use of new technology and any other etl or data warehouse process. No use of ssis or ssrs as well.

Very good company for freshers. Very good work environment. Friendly culture allows to grow as an individual. Festival celebrations are very much enjoyable. It is a product based company. The company is majorly working for US insurance sector. I have very good experience of around 5 years to work with this company.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
