The organisation's teammates are very cooperative and supportive Nd the working environment is so good that u can learn something easily in very less time and the clients are also giving sufficient time to do the work properly

Compensation is average because as much as u work hard and consistently for the growth of company there is no benefits given to u personally and mental pressure is very much because the working hour is not fixed i.e you have to work 12-13 hours every day as there is no overtime value.
