Everything. Salary comes late (running behind 3-4 months), internal politics, the owners see through their ears only. No value for senior management staff. Only relatives or those who butter the owners get the importance. No proper planning for production.

... government is not looking for financial and economic condition to this company. because no on time salary no PF but deduct in every month no employee settlement after left the company and finally no reliving latter. if you want to stunk in mud go and join. I like only one think "Jugad" beetween indian railway and labor officer and epfo department.

Why UK government is not action against company. Mostly employee cases under pending on labor court.

Hold every employee salary after resign and no reliving latter and want to try end of carrier. End off your carrier than join and work.

Lo salary never come on time. No bouns no increment no PF. HR very rude no answer if you have any query about salary and documents.

More than 3 months salary is pending. And management salary is pending for more than 8 months. Pf deducts every month but company doesn't credit in pf account. More than 4 years provident fund is pending.

Its challenging for fresher cause the projects are too big and all projects are from government,as per job security i can say its good,as per work culture its calm to do work,management is good with their employee,company policies is average and applying to all.

Salary is the low as per my thought ,then politics and then learning is slow due to less employee in department,sometime went to field to implement product anytime.
