Pathetic culture in the whole organization, the indian office has the worst atmosphere, most toxic environment and worst culture. There is so much politics specially from the higher management they will make sure to create so much pressure on you that you would loose your personal life. HR: Imagine an HR asking money from employee, if the employee decides to resign. HR is allowed to have gala time come to office whenever she wishes to roam aound here and there without any work, yet se is the highest salaried person in the whole office. Sales: Now comes to the sales department, the most important bread winner of Hyve India, unfortunetly the sales employees are treated like rats they have been demoted insulted time on time such that no other department, like accounts, or marketing, or operations would have any respect for them. No one in the organization sees the sales people with the eye of respect. No motivation and management takes no time in cutting there incentives. Database : There is only one person rajesh, the most arrogant, most dishonest person in the whole office and everyone knows,he could even abuse if you ask him to work, He shouts on everyone and talk rubbish in the whole office. They have such a rubbish policiies, so many excel and not doing work, they have the most pathetic way to getting discount approved. It would get a whole week to get the discount approved form the head office without the discount approval you cant even punch the sale and cant even send the invoice to the client. Similarly they have the most outdated CRM system ever. I have seen better software in 2005 while I was in school. Everyone I said are known to every employee in the office and has been put up by them again and again to the upper managment but they wont listen, coz of the simple fact Hyve India is bringing cash through paperex or palmex. They just sit like deaf people. Each and everything by time and time again has been discussed they just dont listen. Dont think of me like a frustated employee, the things I have written is faced by everyone in this organization the past employee have seen it, they current employees are facing it. All of these things are truth. This organization wont take you anywhere.
