Salary on time Name od company in MArket is good which will help you in finding other jobs. Leaves are sufficient enough Free Bus facility is available. Free breakfast Subsidized lunch/dinner

No learning Too much politics No bonuses on diwali, no growth . No job security. No appreciation , no recognition of hard work. No training . Union labour are the biggest problem Poor working environment.

Organisations work culture in now a days is not supportive.Seniors are not given any moral support. Not a healthy work environment to grow for personal as well as company goals.

1. Bad company culture, Company singed a Agreement with employee to not join in any comepetitor for 3 years , later harrassed people. but when people left and join competition ( as people gets jobs in similar profiles) Hyva filed a cases against employees in Courts 2. Thought there is alternate Saturday off, Pune plant employees need to take approval from plant head in writing to avail it 3. employees were asked to work in first shift that is 7 to 3 pm , but at that time they have discontinued 3 pm bus so employees were working till 6pm
