Rating and salary increments are good. No politics as such in rating.

For field employees, there are huge delays in processing travel claims. So much paper work and high TAT which cause huge cash crunch sometimes. HR is very weak and employees welfare policies are not adhered. Infact, policies are also not in place.

All salary money utilised in business trip,bill settlement is for 2 months cycle. 7:30 am to 5:10 pm working No increment for this year till date,April to may cycle No HR role Only your manager is everything.

Great Pay. Well defined job scope. Organization structure well maintained. Facilities and amenities are on par with MNCs including salary revisions.

Dislikes

No authority to individuals. Only execution work to Indian employees. All major decision making, planning, R&D, Procurement strategy, critical company decisions made by Korean expats. Too much unnecessary & repeated paperwork even for minute things. Seniors focusing on responsibility distribution rather than leading the team by example. Promotions are never on time. So much more to dislike.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...rs doesn't know how to train freshers and they shout on everyone for no reason.. Also they take overtime work paying less salary about 6k
