compensation is decent,but growth is slow . The work pressure Is very high. sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours. And the is not well good what they given to my work. And I would like to go for a better job. what I expected.

Great people to work with untapped potentials. Good compensation. Toxic work culture due to top management in SQA department who can't even perceive the potential or persona of their own people.

Dislikes

Boot lickers are appreciated still here.company doesn't want to give power of decision making to teams working at India. The blend of multinational company is totally missing its mark. If you are a person who raises voice then you will be put down by the egos of either the manager or clueless HR but the problem will still be the problem. If you are open minded and who want to create change this is not the place to work for. Policies are important than people here.

There is no politics. Work hard and get the benefits. Hyundai's brand name is a plus point for your future.

...ch experienced people here. Work environment and work life balance is the worst. Salary decent for freshers.

Job security, company benefits and work life balance are good. Learning opportunities are nice.

Dislikes

Salary/compensation is not on par with current market. Should be improved. Process should be improved and is currently improving a bit.

Good job security and connection with koreans is excellent. Indian managers have bias rating and salary difference exists.

Dislikes

Not employee centric. Bias decision making seen at every phase at every dept.
