Also, they will try to manipulate by you by the name Hyundai and negotiate your salary but don't forget it's not Hyundai. Even Hyundai' s dealer has a better business and reputation than Mobis. Company revolve around one man and by 2-3 south Indians. Also, don't ever join HR, Legal, marketing departments. You will get worse managers who will spoil your whole career They will not promote you for years. Yes, true, I have seen people revolving around same payscale for years. Also, without koreans approval, company don't even buy toilet papers. Few perks: No work at all. Because company's business model is packing the parts and selling it to the Hyundai dealers. That's it. No manufacturing no marketing nothing. Also, don't confuse it with Mobis Technical centre hyderabad. That is altogether different company. Hyundai Mobis sales and marketing business has just 50 60 employees. Free food? Imagine having hairs and pests in food every another day. Promotion? Ask any working employees about it. Free transport? Only tempo traveller for GGN, Noida and faridabad Forget about everything, they don't even clean toilets eveyday. Pantry boy who serves food, clean plates and mugs will in between clean the toilets. Admin put a date on odonil to monitor usage. Don't even clean office space as their vaccum cleaner is not working and they clean it once a week that too with broom Prove any one fact wrong.

I grown up my knowledge more and more during working in mobis.

Only one thing is there is no future in it .They can't grown up a salary and role also.So i need to change company and get a better chance.I know theoritical knowledge so I want to learn practical knowledge in other companies.

When I Came To Hyundai Mobis the Work And Environment is Good Any Person Easily Adjust their Timings and Food Safety and Work Ethics and Overall Good. And My First Day of Job is Like Heaven i.e My Enthusiasm levels are High and still Also Continued. Work related travel: This is a desk job.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work load was limited to working hours and no concept of overtime.

Dislikes

Same work for years, no learning on personal basis and salary is as low as next to nothing. The culture being set by some "Indian staff heads" is just unacceptable and destructively competitive. Won't recommend for working long years but good for initial couple of years.

Team specific: - No work life balance - work in quite promotion - no learning and no time to learn by yourself as always will have overload - forced extended work and weekend work - No ontime revised salary letter, mostly after min 7 months they will give revised letter so you are already trapped and can not resign. - No WFH, only on paper - FA rating will never get based on work and talent, only favourite and boot licker will have good rating - Full politics - For name sake working days are Mon - Fri but most of time overnight extended and weekend working
