Lift 25kg bag in your shoulder and need to go 2nd floor to run a machine. No dedicated roles and responsibilities, always need to beg your manager to get any kind of approval. HEP is full of very cheap politics to get good name from Koreans.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technologies of research and development. I love part of this company. It's running global level. We are supporting OEM based.

An the compensation is very decent, growth is very well. But work pressure very high and employers problem, unskilled operator problem was found

This is one hell of a corporation. There is a despotic management/manager that never allows their employees to develop or learn. Superiors are also dumb and will never allow you to learn new things, making you dumb. The worst work culture is when you work with these folks. They don't care about you, your personal life, or your mental health; they only care about customer satisfaction, so they can let you go to any extreme, such as working 3-4 shifts per day and lifting weights. After working 3-4 shifts, your work will be underrated, undervalued, and unappreciated. It's better to avoid this hell.
