Company is good not a issue about company and its work life.issue with there HR system. No training and skill development No carriers groroth there no promotion after you're due period also salary they are showing much more during offer but slab of plb and pli impact your take home salary

With the women in the workforce, it is essential to have basic amenities like separate restrooms for women and well equipped medical facilities that suit Women’s need. Safety of women employees should be a high priority. And Not only this but each company should think about Menstrual leave atleast for 1 day as a sick paid leave. It allows workers who experienced painful menstrual or menopause symptoms options for remote work and a set number of paid leaves every year or if it’s not possible then atleast work from home for 1 or 2 days.

Work cultures not good and office politics much more new employee not serving ..Very high work pressure ..No night shift allowance ..No learning platform .. Every time demotivate by senior and no work appreciate by department and senior . No team work
