With the women in the workforce, it is essential to have basic amenities like separate restrooms for women and well equipped medical facilities that suit Women’s need. Safety of women employees should be a high priority. And Not only this but each company should think about Menstrual leave atleast for 1 day as a sick paid leave. It allows workers who experienced painful menstrual or menopause symptoms options for remote work and a set number of paid leaves every year or if it’s not possible then atleast work from home for 1 or 2 days.

I would like pay that Hyundai given me good opportunity to work with their pune chakan plant, I learn there new think in that a good team work, I solve many testing problem with guidance of my HOD
