Safety of women employees should be a high priority. And Not only this but each company should think about Menstrual leave atleast for 1 day as a sick paid leave. It allows workers who experienced painful menstrual or menopause symptoms options for remote work and a set number of paid leaves every year or if it’s not possible then atleast work from home for 1 or 2 days.
