With the women in the workforce, it is essential to have basic amenities like separate restrooms for women and well equipped medical facilities that suit Women’s need. Safety of women employees should be a high priority. And Not only this but each company should think about Menstrual leave atleast for 1 day as a sick paid leave. It allows workers who experienced painful menstrual or menopause symptoms options for remote work and a set number of paid leaves every year or if it’s not possible then atleast work from home for 1 or 2 days.

Good working environment. Continues growth in business. With new innovations. The work we do, is planned and organized. So satisfactory work is here. So many other activities are here. So communication and interaction with multiple departments
